It is with great sadness that we announce the permanent closing of Dr. Telasha's medical practice as of 13 September 2004.

On 11 June, Dr. Telasha suffered a hemorrhagic stroke. He is recovering very well but it now seems likely that he will not be able to return to practice.

In his absence, the practice has continued to be open for deliveries, surgeries, and office visits with the help of several very skilled OBGYN physicians.

We will continue to be able to see you in the office through Friday, September 10 and in the hospital until Monday, September 13.

You may continue to make appointments until then.

Patients with ongoing medical needs should talk with the office staff about appropriate referrals for care.

The e-mail address info@nwobgyn.com will continue to be valid after the office closes.

Your medical records are available to you, or to a provider of your choice, with a written release.
